All domestic orders ship free. Prices are inclusive of shipping.
Order Updates
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a notification with tracking details. Our courier partner will reach out to schedule a convenient delivery time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Return Window & Store Credit

Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order. Refunds are issued exclusively as store credit — no cash refunds. Store credit can be used on your next order.

To initiate a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Size & Fit Exchange

We encourage you to refer to our size chart before placing your order. If the size doesn't fit, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Reverse pickup charges of ₹300 apply for exchange requests. The item must be unused, with all original tags intact. Each item is eligible for exchange only once.

Brand Error — We've Got You

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or something missing from your order — that's entirely on us and we'll make it right, no questions asked.

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a reverse pickup and send the correct item at no additional cost to you.

If the packaging appears tampered with or unsealed upon arrival, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we are unable to process any cancellations. Each piece is carefully crafted by skilled artisans who put their best efforts into creating unique clothing that meets our quality standards.

We recommend reviewing your size, address, and order details carefully before confirming your purchase. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible — while we cannot cancel, we're always here to help.
